- All courts hardwood flooring
- Courts 1 and 2 combined is configured for FIBA size basketball court
- Court 1 will accommodate a 30 x 60 volleyball and a 50 x 85 basketball court
- Court 2 will accommodate a 30 x 60 volleyball and a 50 x 85 basketball court
- Pickleball and badminton courts can also be accommodated
- Court 3 Optimized for Volleyball
- Court 3 will accommodate a 30 x 60 volleyball court
- Pickleball and badminton courts can also be accommodated
- Squash courts are currently being considered
- Utility Room Configured for Secure Storage
- Ground Floor Office Included with Court 4
- Court 4 can be optimized for Cheerleading
- Court 4 will accommodate a 30 x 60 volleyball court
- Second Floor Office in Court 4 accessible to all courts for meeting space
